MY BACKGROUND
Continuous
Growth
Since the beginning of my career, whether it was in the same role or a different role, it was always an ascending path. I’ve started as a technical support engineer and moved to a database specialist for many years, always understanding user needs and helping them to resolve their issues. Recently, I’ve been investing time in growing my user experience skills, learning how to design solutions that are grounded in research and real user needs.
Collaboration Across Disciplines
I’ve always had to collaborate between different teams to make sure the work/projects were completed. Sometimes there was a project going on and different teams had to collaborate to give our views and add some inputs. For example, for a server to be fully working it wasn’t only one team responsible but a few and which one with their responsibilities to make it happen, my role was to ensure the database integrity was reached and collaborate with all they needed to make sure the database was created following the architecture design and requirements.
Analytical Problem-Solving
Analytical problem solving has been at the core of every role I've had. I enjoy breaking complex problems into smaller parts, gathering information from users and stakeholders and identifying patterns before making decisions. I regularly analysed business requirements, investigated technical constraints and translated user needs into solutions that enabled new functionality. This experience strengthened my ability to evaluate problems from multiple perspectives and create solutions that balance user needs with technical feasibility, a mindset I bring to every UX project.
Insight-Driven Design
I begin every project by gathering insights through user interviews, behavioural data and usability feedback. For example in my recent project pet escapes for an e-commerce website, I identified patterns that revealed real user needs and pain points before moving into solution design. After the ideation stage, I improved the design, making adjustments until I reached a final solution that better met user needs.
